  1. Make a paste of ginger,garlic,cumin,turmeric, red chilli, Kashmiri Chilli and curd.
  2. Marinate the chicken with the above mix and 1 spoon black pepper and 1 spoon garam masala. Keep it for 2 hours.
  3. Make a paste of kaju,raisin and poppy seeds. Keep apart.
  4. Take a thick bottom kadai. Put ghee on it. Put cinnamon,red chilli,Bayleaf and elaichi. Fry until a aromatic flavour comes out..
  5. Put the marinated chicken to kadai. Cook for 20 mins until aroma of the raw spices goes out..
  6. Cook for 20 -30 mins in simmer mode with cover lid.
  7. Now add kaju paste and fresh cream in kadai. Stir frequently so that it does not fry more.
  8. Cook for another 10 mins with lid cover.
  9. Add 1.5 spoon kewra jal and mix it well. Switch off the flame.
  10. Spears some cream over for garnishing.
  11. Serve hot with rice,naan,puri, roti.
